CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 167,
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone
the following described land within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota,
in the plat of Foxborough Second Addition:
R-2, Single Family to R-3 High Densit Single Family
Block 1, Lot 1
Block 2, Lats 1 thru 10
Block 3, Lots 1 thru 5
BLock 4, Lots 1 thru 47
Block 5, Lots 1 thru 9
Block 6, Lots 1 thru 19
Block 7, Lats 1 thru 8
Block 10, Lots 1 thru 4 and Lots 19 thru 23
R-2, Single Family to R-4 Single and Two Fami1
Block 8, Lots 1 thru 16
Block 9, Lots 1 thru 8
Block 10, Lots 5 thru 18 and Lots 24 thru 31
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be
republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately
mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indi-
cating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all
of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby
incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication according to law.

MARY ZIEGENHA'GEN, being duly sworn, on oath says she is and during all times herein
stated has been the publisher of the newspaper known as Countryside and has full knowledge
of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in
newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 1200
square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (3)
Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the communi-
ty which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not
made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said newspaper is circulated
in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, and has entry as controlled circulation
matter in its local post office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the Cities of Apple Valley and
Lakeville in the County of Dakota and it has its known office of issue in Burnsville, established
and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements
and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the publisher or persons in her employ and subject
to her direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively dur-
ing such hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6) Said
newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said
newspaper is made available at single or subscription prices to any person, corporation, part-
nership or other unincorporated association requesting the newspaper and making the ap-
plicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all foregoing conditions for at least
one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (9) Said newspaper has fil-
ed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary
of State and signed by Mary Ziegenhagen and sworn to before a notary public stating that the
newspaper is a legal newspaper.
She further states on oath that the printed legal notice
hereto attached as a part hereof was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and was printed and
published therein in the English language, once each week, for 011C 0 successive
