That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from R-1, Low Density Single Family, to R-A, Single Family-Agricultural, the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: The N 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 114, Range 21, Dakota County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the north 75,00 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 23. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map an file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other infor- oration shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and. made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made available at single or subscription prices to any person, corporation, part- nership or other unincorporated association requesting the newspaper and making the ap- plicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below.
