ORDINANCE N0. 222 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 203, BEING AN AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 203 is hereby amended as follows to correct a typographical error: Lot 1, Block 3 of Airlake Industrial Park Second Addition is rezoned to I-2, General Industrial District. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove pro- vided for in this Ordinance and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 7th day of Februant 1983. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said newspaper Is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, and has entry as controlled circulation matter in its local post office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the cities of Apple Valley and Lakeville In the County of Dakota and It has its known office of issue in Burnsville, established and open dur- ing its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the publisher or persons in her employ and subject to her direc- tion and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue Immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made available at single or subscription prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unin- corporated association requesting the newspaper and making the applicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (9) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by Mary Ziegenhagen and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
