CITY OF LAKEVILLE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10
OF THE LAKEVTLLE CI'PY CODE
PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISIONS
The Lakeville City Council ordains as follows;
1. Title 10, Chapter S of the Lakeville City Code is
amended by adding-Section 5 to':read as_followsr
Sn accordance with the City's cmmprehensive storm water plan
as a condition of subdivision aapmval, subdividers shall pay
a charge for the. construction o£ off-site storm water
improvement. The square foot charge shall be established
byresolution of the City Council. The chargeshall be based.
upon the gross acreage of the subdivision less the area to be
dedicated to the City for ponding, parks and wetland. The
subdivision will be given a credit for any on-site. storm water
improvement which has been oversized to serve property outside
the subdivision. The charge for platted lots oversized due
to individual on-site sewage disposal and water systems will.
be reduced to the charge that would be 'imposed on a one-half
acre lot. An additional .charge will then be imposed if the
lot is further subdivided less a credit for the charge
previously paid. The charge shall be paid in cash before the
final plat is signed by the City unless the City and subdivider
agree that the charge may be assessed against the property.
2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately gpon
its passage and publication.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10
OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
PERTAINING TO SUBDIVISIONS
The Lakeville City Council or-
dains as follows:
1. Title 10, Chapter 5 of the
Lakeville City Code is amended by ad-
ding Section 5 to read as follows:
In accordance with the City's com-
prehensive storm water plan as a
condition of subdivision approval,
subdividers shall pay a charge for

charge shall be based upon the
gross acreage of the subdivision
