That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone to A-P, Agricultural Preserve District, the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota: (Parcel A - 6.90 acres) North 780 feet of the West 385.08 feet of the SW4 of Section 22, Township. 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota. (Parcel B - 3,20 acres) South 533 feet of the East 261.37 feet of the SW4 of Section 22, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota. (Parcel C - 40.0 acres) East 1320.0 feet of the South 1551.0 feet of the SW4 of Section 22, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, except the following: the East 522.74 feet of the South 533.0 feet. (Parcel ll - 33.3 acres) The East 1320 feet of the SW4 of Section 22, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, except the South 1551.0 feet thereof. (Parcel E - 61.2 acres) The SW4 of Section 22, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, except the following: East 1320 feet thereof; South 225 feet thereof lying west of said East 1320 feet; North 780.0 feet of the West 385.08 feet; South 950 feet of the North 1730.0 feet of the West 210.48 feet. (County Road 64). The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the af°resaid rezoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indi- cating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affi- davit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the managing officer of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the news- paper is a legal newspaper.
