CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 200,
BEING AN AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as
follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 200 is hereby amended to
correct a typographical error. The following described property
is hereby rezoned to R-6, Medium Density Residential:
All that part of the SE4 of the SE4 of Section 29, Township 114,
Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 29; thence North
0 degrees 04 minutes 17 seconds East, assumed bearing, on the east
line of the SE4 of said section a distance of 547.62 feet to the
former southerly right of way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St.
Paul and Pacific Railroad; thence North 73 degrees 52 minutes 24
seconds West on the said former southerly right of way line a dis-
tance of 643.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
North 73 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds West on the said former
southerly right of way line a distance of 57 feet to the intersection
with the easterly extension of the north line of Elm Street (now
called 209th St. West) as platted in Fairfield according to the
plat thereof on file and of record; thence westerly on the easterly
extension of the said north line of Elm Street and on the said
north line of Elm Street a distance of 278 feet to the west line
of the east 20 feet of Walnut Street (now called Holt Avenue) as
platted in said plat of Fairfield; thence North on the west line
of the east 2D feet of said Walnut Street a distance of 188 feet
to a point on a line parallel with and distant 50 feet southerly
of the former northerly right of way line of said railroad when
measured at right angles thereto; thence south 73 degrees 52 minutes
24 seconds East on said parallel line a distance of 360 feet; thence
southerly 101 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall
not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk
shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's
office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove pro-
vided for in this Ordinance and all of the notations, references
and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its publication according to law.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 200,
BEING AN AMENDMENT
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of
Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No.
200 is hereby amended to correct a
typographical error. The following
described property is hereby rezoned
to R-6, Medium Density Residential:
All that part of the SE1/4 of the SE'/. of
Section 29, Township 114, Range 20,
Dakota County, Minnesota, described
as follows:

Section 2. The zoning map of the
City of Lakeville shall not be

file in the Clerk's office for the pur-
pose of indicating the rezoning
hereinabove provided for in this Or-
dinance and all of the notations,
references and other information
shown thereon are hereby incor-
porated by reference and made a part
of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall 4
be in full force and effect from and
after its publication according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Or-
dinance this 7th day of February,
1983.

MARY ZIEGENHAGEN, being duly sworn, on oath says she is and during all times herein
stated has been the publisher of the newspaper known as Countryside and has full knowledge of
the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper Is printed in the English language In
newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent In printed space to at least 1200
square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (3) Said
newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local Interest to the community
which It purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up
entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near
the municipality which it purports to serve, and has entry as controlled circulation matter in its
local post office. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the cities of Apple Valley and Lakeville In
the County of Dakota and it has its known office of issue in Burnsville, established and open dur-
ing its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of
subscriptions and maintained by the publisher or persons in her employ and subject to her direc-
tion and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such
hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto. (6) Said newspaper files a
copy of each issue Immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made
available at single or subscription prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unin-
corporated association requesting the newspaper and making the applicable payment. (8) Said
newspaper has complied with all foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or
dates of publication mentioned below. (9) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of
Minnesota an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by Mary
Ziegenhagen and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal
newspaper.
She further states on oath that the printed 1emal Notice
hereto attached as a part hereof was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and was printed
