Home My WebLink About0221 c- ORDINANCE NO. 221 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 200, BEING AN AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 200 is hereby amended to correct a typographical error. The following described property is hereby rezoned to R-6, Medium Density Residential: All that part of the SE4 of the SE4 of Section 29, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 29; thence North 0 degrees 04 minutes 17 seconds East, assumed bearing, on the east line of the SE4 of said section a distance of 547.62 feet to the former southerly right of way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad; thence North 73 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds West on the said former southerly right of way line a dis- tance of 643.24 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 73 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds West on the said former southerly right of way line a distance of 57 feet to the intersection with the easterly extension of the north line of Elm Street (now called 209th St. West) as platted in Fairfield according to the plat thereof on file and of record; thence westerly on the easterly extension of the said north line of Elm Street and on the said north line of Elm Street a distance of 278 feet to the west line of the east 20 feet of Walnut Street (now called Holt Avenue) as platted in said plat of Fairfield; thence North on the west line of the east 2D feet of said Walnut Street a distance of 188 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant 50 feet southerly of the former northerly right of way line of said railroad when measured at right angles thereto; thence south 73 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds East on said parallel line a distance of 360 feet; thence southerly 101 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove pro- vided for in this Ordinance and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
