Title 6, Chapter 1, of the Lakeville City Code is amended by adding the following section: 6-1-6: SPEED LIMITS WITHIN MOBILE HOME PARKS: Pursuant to the Laws of Minnesota (1982), Chapter 526, Section 9, the City Council of La'.ceville is empowered to set and enforce in mobile home parks a speed Iimit which is higher than ten (10) miles per hour, but which is not higher than thirty (30) miles per hour. Upon the erection of appropriate signs by the park owner at the park owner's expense, no person shall drive a vehicle within a mobile home park in excess of the following limits: a) The Ardmor Mobile Home Park 20 miles per hour. b) The queen Ann Mobile Home Park 10 miles per hour. c) The Connolly Mobile Home Park 10 miles per hour. d) The Countryview Mobile Home Park 20 miles per hour. The speed limits set herein shall be enforced in the same manner as other speed limits throughout the City. Section 2. This Ordinance becomes effective on August 1, 1982. Said newspaper purports to serve the Cities in the County of Dakota and it has its known offices of issue in the Cities of Farmington, Rosemount, Burnsville, Apple Valley, and Lakeville established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer of said newspaper or persons in it's employ and subject to their direction and control during all such regular business hours and at which said newspaper is printed. Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the managing officer of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
