Home My WebLink About0202 ORDINANCE N0. 202 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone the following described land located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota: Area No. 1 (as shown on and described in attached Exhibit A from R-4 Single and Two Family Residen- tial to R-1 Low Density Single Family Residential. Area No. 2 (as shown on and described in attached Exhibit A from I-1 Limited Industrial to R-1 Low Density Single Family Residen'~ial. Section 2. That upon such rezoning, the base zoning of the following described property (including the above areas rezoned herein) will be zoned R-1 Low Density Single Family Residential: All that part of the South Half (SZ) of Section 35, Township 114N., Range 21W. lying Westerly of Inter- state Highway 35 EXCEPT the North 330.OD feet of the SE'-4 of Section 35, and EXCEPT the North 330.00 feet of the East 330.00 feet of the SW4 of Section 35. Section 3. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance and all of the notations, references and other informa- tion shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law. Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 17th day of May, 1982. Said newspaper purports to serve the Cities in the County of Dakota and it has its known offices of issue in the Cities of Farmington, Rosemount, Burnsville, Apple Valley, and Lakeville established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer of said newspaper or persons in it's employ and subject to their direction and control during all such regular business hours and at which said newspaper is printed. Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter on affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the managing officer of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
