AN ORDINANCE REGULATING MOBILE
HOME PARY.S AND MOBILE HOMES
The City Council of the City of Lakeville does ordain:
Section'1. No mobile home shall be located on any site within
a mobile home part, for the first time until an occupancy permit
has been issued for the site. Application for occupancy permit shall
be made through the Building Inspection Department. The application
shall be in writing, signed by the applicant and shall include inform-
ation as follows:
Name of applicant, location of the site, date and payment of
City sewer connection charge,.6ity water connection charge, and Metro:
Sewer'Availability charge.
Section 2. Every person operating a mobile home park within this
City shall provide and keep thereat a suitable guest register for
the registration of all persons provided by state law. This regi-
ster shall contain the following:
a) Name and lot address of each occupant.
b) Name and address of the owner of the mobile home.
c) P4ake, model, year and license of each mobile home.
d) Date of arrival and departure of each mobile home.
This information shall be kept for at least three years after the
date the occupant leaves the mobile home park, and shall be avail-
able at all times to law enforcement officers, health autkiorities,
building inspectors and all other officials i.zhose duties necessitate
the acauisition of information contained in the register.
Section 3. The fees for an occupancy permit shall be established
from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
Sectioh 4, This ordinance shall take effect and force from after
its passage and publication.
