That Ordinance No. 70 be amended by deleting therefrom Section 4. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall become effective from and after the date of publication according to law. Said newspaper is printed in the En - aper format and in column and sheet form equivalent ,ast 900 square inches. 2. Said newspaper is a week - least once each week. 3. Eakin or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and at which said newspaper is printed. 6. Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. 7. Said newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. 8. Scia 1-..:wspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January I, 1966 and each January I thereafter an affidavit in the form pre- scribed by the Secretary of State and signed by Dudley F. Eakin and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal news- paper.
