AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 70, PROVIDING
FOR THE LICENSING OF SCAVENGERS WITHIN THE CITY
OF LAKEVILLE AND IMPOSING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS
THEREOF
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Lakeville;
SECTTON 1. That Ordinance No. 70 be amended by
deleting therefrom Section 4.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall become effective
from and after the date of publication according to law.

and at which said newspaper is printed. 6. Said newspaper files a copy
of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. 7. Said
newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least
two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. 8.

January I, 1966 and each January I thereafter an affidavit in the form pre-
scribed by the Secretary of State and signed by Dudley F. Eakin and
