CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31 OF THE CITY
OF LAKEVILLE, BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RE-
STRICTING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE STREETS OR
IN PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE AND PRO-
VIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
The City Council of Lakeville does ordain:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 31 of the City be amended
by amending Section 6 thereof to read as follows:
Section 6. PARKING AFTER SNOWFALL
No owner of a motor vehicle shall leave, park or
permit the same to stand on a street or alley after
a snowfall of such amount which reasonably requires
the plowing and clearing of City streets and alleys
until the street or alley has been plowed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and publication.

AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION
The City Council of Lakeville does July sworn officer of the Lakeville Times, on oath

x-75 in the County of Dakota and it has its known office of issue in the city of
Lakeville in said county, established and open during its regular business
hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of sub-
scriptions and maintained by Dudley F. Eakin or persons in its employ and
subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours
and at which said newspaper is printed. 6. Said newspaper files a copy
of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. 7. Said
newspaper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least
two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. 8.
