Approve agreements with the Minnesota DNR for Minnesota Trail Assistance Program Funding for snowmobile and cross country ski trails. k. Resolution authorizing deferment of special assessments. 1. Grant senior citizen deferment to Benno Klotz, Improvement Project 89-9. m. Extension of liquor and cabaret licenses for Babe's Sportsbar & Grill to allow the sale of beer in the front parking lot and outdoor dancing on September 25, 26 and 27. n. Approve contract with OSM for demolition of the downtown grain silos. 8. Consideration of a conditional use permit to allow a Goodyear Tire store on land located in the southwest corner of Junelle Path and 173rd Street West. 9. Consider request of Independent School District 194 for a conditional use permit to allow an expansion of the family learning center located at 17749 Juniper Path in the Kenwood Shopping Center. 10. Resolution approving preliminary and final. plat of Todd Addition.. 11. Continued consideration of the request of Fred .R~nonti for a conditional use permit to allow a second detached accessory building on a single family residential lot located at 20486 Judicial Road. Consider ordinance rezoning land located west of Kenyon Avenue and south of 179th Street West from B-4, General Business District, to R-1, Low Density Single Family Residential District. c. Consider approval of the preliminary plat. 13. Approve final plans for the Lakeville Community Playground. 14. Approve revised hunting map and authorize publication. 15.
