HomeMy WebLinkAbout0067 ORDINANCE NO. 67 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51 OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKEVILLE BEING AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO ELECTRONIC CONSULTANTS, INC., A MINNESOTA CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS. AND ASSIGNS, A NON EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A TELEVISION SIGNAL AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AND SPECIFYING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEREOF. THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 51 be amended by amending Section 15 of said ordinance to read as follows: "Section 15. Performance. Company agrees to commence construction and installation of said system on or before January 1, 1974, and said system shall be op- erational on or before August 1, 1974. Failure of Company to commence construction and installation within the above time period shall result in a for- feiture of this franchise." Section 2.
