VILLAGE OF LAKEVILLE.
.DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 25 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF OF NON-
INTOXICATING MALT LIQUORS AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF."
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT ORDINANCE NO. 25, SECTION 6, SUBDIVISION (i),
IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 6. PERSONS INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE.
(1) Under eighteen years of age
SECTION 2, THAT ORDINANCE NO. 25, SECTION 8, SUBDIVISIONS 3
AND 4, ARE AM~T'IDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 8. CONDITIONS OF LICENSE.
SUBDIVISION 3. No beer shall be sold:: or served to
any intoxicated person or to any person under 18 years
of age.
SUBDIVISION 4. No minor under 18 years of age shall
be employed on the. premises of a beer store or be per-
witted to sell or serve beer in any "on sale" establish-

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ordinance shall be in full force .and effect from. and
after its passage and publication according to law.
