Home My WebLink About0056 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY-AIR POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATION NUMBER EIGHT BY REFERII~ICE. ORDINANCE ~ The Village Council of the Village of Lakeville does hereby ordain as follows: Section 1. Air Pollution Control Regulation 8 Adopted By Reference, Air Pollution Control Regulation 8, adopted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency as emended is hereby adopted by reference pursuant to Section 471,62 of Minnesota Statutes as amended. Pursuant thereto one copy of said regulation 8 shall be marked "official copy"., and kept on file in the office of the Clerk for use and examination by the public. Section 2. Open Burning Prohibited. From and after the effective date of this ordinances, no person shall dispose of refuse by open burning, or cause, suffer, allow, or permit open burning of refuse in the Village of Lakeville provided, however, that within the following described area tree leaves, grass and other yard refuse may be burned in containers meeting fire safety standards within the meaning of said Regulation Ss Secta.e~xs 1,2,x,5 6,7,8,8,10,11,12,16,17,18,18,20,21,30,31 and the Wz.of Sec.15, th WZ Sec.22, W~ See, 27, W2 See.34, W ~ See, 28, NW4 of NW4 Sec. 28, NE ~ of N~W~ec. 28, E2 & SW k of See. 33, all S2 of See. 32, NW~- of NW,1, Sec. 29, of SWy of See. 29, N2 of NW4 Sec. 2g-R20W, T114N Sections 13,14,23,24,25,26,35 and 36, R21W, T114N.
