to the Police Department.
g. Labor Agreement between the City of Lakeville, MN and Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., Union Local No. 128 (patrol
officers).

i. Trunk sanitary sewer and storm sewer reimbursements and park
dedication, Hawthorn Heights.
j. Resolution approving stop sign inventory.
k. HVAC preventative maintenance agreement for City facilities.
l. Resolution accepting donation from Knights of Columbus Council
8367 to the youth ice fishing contest.
8. Consideration of an ordinance amending Title 3, Chapter 13 of the
Lakeville City Code concerning peddlers, solicitors and transient
merchants.
9. Designation of the legal newspaper for 2003, and authorize publication of
the Messages Page.
10. Appointment of the Acting Mayor for 2003.
