Approve special assessment agreements with ITC Intercircuit North America Corporation and Jung Trust for property in Airlake Industrial Park. v. Adopt ordinance amending Title 6 of the City Code concerning motor vehicles and traffic. w. Set a special Council meeting and budget work session for November 6, 1991, at 6:45 p.m. and 7:00 p,m. respectively. 8. Consider conditional use permit request of Thomas Retka to allow a one-story entrance for a single family residential dwelling to extend into the front yard setback at 17575 Java Court South. 9. Consider Homestead Creek Fourth Addition. a. Approve preliminary plat. b. Resolution approving final plat and development agreement. 10. Consider Crystal Lake Golf Estates: a. Adopt ordinance rezoning property from R-2 to PUD. b. Approve concept plan for golf course and residential community. 11. Consider model homes center (Streets of Reality) for Chapel Hills 3rd Addition. 12. Authorize the City Attorney to proceed with negotiations to purchase-land in the northeast corner of Lakeville for park purposes. 13. Adopt tree preservation guidelines. 14. Unfinishedbusiness. 15.
