COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

on this information, as well as City policy, practices, input from constituents
and a Councilmember's personal judgment. If you have comments, questions or
information regarding an item not on the agenda, please step forward to be
recognized by the Mayor during the "Citizens' Comments" item on the agenda.

Avenue from 210th Street to McGuire Jr. High School.
f. Approve. resolution calling public assessment hearing for

extension of 175th Street to serve the Highview Elementary
School, Improvement Project 90-9.
k. Approve special assessment agreement with Steven and Linda
O'Brien, Improvement Project 89-9.
1. Approve special assessment agreements with Lon Hitch and Sue
Feigal-Hitch and George and Sharon Talley, Improvement
Project 89-9.
m. Final acceptance of utility improvements, Royal Woods First
Addition.
n. Approve Final Pay Estimate #6 and final acceptance of
Improvement Project 90-6, sewer televising and
rahabilitation.
o. Approve Final Pay Estimate #5 and final acceptance of
Improvement Project 90-1, 205th and Hollins reconstruction.

t. Approve resolution authorizing financing of Project 91-9.
8. Approve site plan, landscaping plan, lighting plan and utility
plan for the new Lakeville Senior High School.
9. Consider storm shelter proposal from Ardmor Manufactured
Housing, Inc.
10. Consider request of George and Jill Thaler for a building
setback variance to allow construction of a single family
residential dwelling at 11825 Knolls Path.
11. Consider resolution approving the final plat and development
agreement for Rolling Oaks South Plat Five.
12. Consider resolution approving the final plat and development
agreement for Meadow Brook 3rd Addition.
13. Consider resolution approving the final plat and development
agreement for Lynwood North 6th Addition.
14. Consider resolution approving .the final plat and development
agreement for Shady Oak Shores 4th Addition.
