Consider resolution vacating portions of Judicial Road, Lakeside Boulevard (now known as 175th Street), and Wright Boulevard (now known as Linch Path) on land located in the Liberty Heights and Lyndale Lakes Club ist Addition subdivisions contiguous to .the Orchard Oaks plat. 12. Consider suspension of on-sale liquor license for Lakeville Super 8. 17. Adopt ordinances amending various sections of the Lakeville City Code: a. Ordinance amending Title 3 concerning business and license regulations (taxi-cabs). b. Ordinance amending Title 3 concerning licensing the trimming and removal of trees. c. Ordinance amending Title 4 concerning health and sanitation (prohibited disposal). d. Ordinance amending Title 5 concerning police regulations .(public school/school official). e.
