certification of Financial requirements of the Relief,
Association Special Fund for 1992.
d. Approve resolution amending Building Fund Budget.
e. Approve resolution amending pay schedule for Liquor Store
employees.

Rosemount Partitions..
g. Approve Settlement Agreement with William Toops, Improvement
Project 88-1.

i. Resolution approving plans and specifications and
authorizing advertisement for bids for bituminous overlay on

Improvement Project 91-1.

9. Approve Final Agreement with Dakota County Highway Department
for Highway Design and Construction of County Road 46 (Cedar to
Ipava), Improvement Project 91-1.
10. Approve resolution for restricted parking on County Road 46
.between CSAH 5 and CSAH 23, Improvement Projects 91-1 and 91-3.
11. Consider resolution vacating portions of Judicial Road, Lakeside
Boulevard (now known as 175th Street), and Wright Boulevard (now
known as Linch Path) on land located in the Liberty Heights and
Lyndale Lakes Club ist Addition subdivisions contiguous to .the
Orchard Oaks plat.
12. Resolution approving final plat and development agreement for
Orchard Oaks (a/k/a Trabant Addition).
13. Consider amendment to the Lakeville Subdivision Ordinance
concerning Zoning Ordinance consistency.
14. Consider conditional use permit amendment for. Independent School
.District 194 to expand an existing adult basic education,
preschool education, early childhood family education and child
care facility in the Kenwood Center, 17749 Juniper Path.
15. .Consider conditional use permit amendment for Richard Clemmer
(Dick's Sanitation Service) to allow an accessory building for
an industrial business on a non-conforming lot at 8984 - 215th
Street West.
16. Consider suspension of on-sale liquor license for Lakeville
Super 8.
17. Adopt ordinances amending various sections of the Lakeville City
Code:
a. Ordinance amending Title 3 concerning business and license
regulations (taxi-cabs).
b. Ordinance amending Title 3 concerning licensing the trimming
and removal of trees.
c. Ordinance amending Title 4 concerning health and sanitation
(prohibited disposal).
d. Ordinance amending Title 5 concerning police regulations
.(public school/school official).
e. Ordinance amending Title 5 concerning police regulations
(animal bites).
f. Ordinance amending Title 6 concerning motor vehicles and
traffic.
