Decisions are based on this information, as well as City policy and practices, input from constituents and a Councilmember's personal judgment. If you have comments,. questions or information regarding an item not on the agenda, please step forward to be recognized by the Mayor during the "Citizens' Comments" item on the agenda. Citizens' comments are encouraged to allow individual citizens to address the Council, as a whole, on a matter of interest or concern to the citizens. The preservation of the Citizens' Comments item on the agenda is important in order to encourage and maintain this information flow. Approve contract with State Department of Administration, Building Codes and Standards Division, for inspection of the new high school. e. Approve amended ALF Ambulance Joint Powers Agreement. f. Receive 1990 ALF Ambulance audited annual financial report. g. Approve plans and specifications for Casperson Park restroom shelter building and approve resolution setting a bid date.r~~ h. Approve addendum to the development contract for Meadow Brook 2nd Addition for trunk storm sewer credits. i. Approve public improvement contract with ISD 194 .for the new high school. j. Receive bids for Improvement Project 91-7, Casperson Community Park Development, and approve resolution awarding contract . ~ k. Approve resolution authorizing temporary closing of City streets for Pan-O-Prog events. 1. Approve planned unit development conditional use permit amendment for a car dealership expansion at the southwest corner of Trunk Highway 50 and Cedar Avenue. 10. Adopt. amendment to ordinance No. 420 temporarily prohibiting :issuance of land use approvals for waste disposal facilities. 11. Resolution urging the Dakota County Board of Commissioners to enact the "Local Option Sales Tax" as provided in the 1991 Omnibus Tax Bill. 12.
