The City Council is provided background information for agenda items in advance
by staff and appointed commissions, committees and boards. Decisions are based
on this information, as well as City policy and practices, input from
constituents and a CounciZmember's personal judgment. If you have comments,
questions or information regarding an item not on the agenda, please step
forward to be recognized by the Mayor during the "Citizens' Comments" item on
the agenda. Please state your. name and address for the record. AZZ comments
are appreciated. A copy of aZZ printed materials relating to the agenda items
is available for public inspection at the City Clerk's desk.
1. Call to order and flag pledge.
2. Roll call.
3. Approve minutes of the May 20, 1991, City Council meeting.
4. Staff announcements:

c. Administrator - Letter from Dakota County Regarding Sales

d. Parks & Recreation Director - Monthly Report
5. Presentations/Introductions.
a. Presentation of plaques for D.A.R.E. donations.
Citizens' comments are encouraged to allow individual citizens to address the
Council, as a whole, on a matter of interest or concern to the citizens. The
preservation of the Citizens' Comments item on the agenda is important in order
to encourage and maintain this information flow. To preserve and protect this
valuable communications Link, a speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.
6. Citizens' Comments.
AZZ matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City
Council and will be acted on by one motion in the order listed below. There may.
be an explanation, but no separate discussion on these items. If discussion is
desired; that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered
separately.

8. Consider extension of liquor and cabaret licenses for Babe's
Sportsbar & Grill to include the front parking lot during
Pan-O-frog.
9. Resolution approving final plat and development agreement for
Cedar Glen 3rd Addition.
10. Resolution approving preliminary and final plat and development
agreement for Performance Computer Forms First Addition.. 3
11. Resolution vacating drainage and utility easements for
Performance Computer Forms First Addition.
12. Approve parking deferment development contract for Performance
Computer Forms First Addition.
