Approve minutes of .the April 24th special Council meeting and the May 6th regular Council meeting. 4. Staff announcements: a. Attorney b. Engineer c. Administrator d. Chief of Police - Monthly report. 5. Presentations/Introductions.. a. Introduction of Charlotte Zurn, Accounting Clerk. b. Introduction of Lori Clemmer, Community Service Officer. c. Presentation of Certificates of Recognition for Volunteerism. d. Donation by the. City Attorney of a fax machine to the Jeanerette, Louisiana, Police. Department. Citizens' comments are encouraged to allow individual citizens to address the Council, as a whole, on a matter of interest or concern to the citizens. The preservation of the Citizens' Comments item on the agenda is important in order to encourage and maintain this information flow.
