on this information, as well as City policy and practices, input from
constituents and a CounciZmember's personal judgment.. If you have comments,
.questions or information regarding an .item not on the agenda, please step
forward to be recognized by the Mayor. during the "Citizens.' Comments" item on
the agenda. Please state your name and address for the record. AZZ comments
• are appreciated. A copy of aZZ printed materials relating to the agenda item
is available for public inspection at the City Clerk's desk.

5. Presentations/Introductions:
a. Recognition of "Girl Scout Week" and presentation of
certificates.
b. Presentation of "Blue Star of Hope" in recognition of
Lakeville armed services personnel.
c. Presentation of a service award to Tom Burke.
Citizens' comments are encouraged to allow individual citizens to address the
Council, as a whole, on a matter of interest or concern to the citizens. The
preservation of the "Citizens' Comments" item on the agenda is important in
order to encourage and maintain this information flow. To preserve .and protect
this valuable communications Zink, a speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.

AZI matters listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City
Council and will be acted on by one motion in the order Listed below. There
may be an explanation, but no separate discussion on these items. If
discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and
considered. separately.

b. Receive minutes of the following advisory committee
meetings:

c. Approval of a temporary easement agreement to provide a
turnaround at the end of 179th Trail West in Lake Vi11a Golf
Estates 2nd Addition.
d. Approve .resolution authorizing a transfer of the fund
balance from the Lawcon Fund to the Trails Fund..
e. Approve resolution authorizing interfund transfers.
f. Approve settlement agreements with Robert. and Joan Milan for
sewer, water and .street improvements associated .with .the
Indra Way Improvement Project.
g. Approve agreement with Jeffrey & Dorothy Barr for
reimbursement of costs associated with the extension of
public..sanitary sewer, subject to receipt of utility and
drainage easements.
h. Approve change order No. 52 for City Hall.
i. Authorize the sale of surplus assets at a City auction on
April 27, 1991..
j. .Approval of landscape services contract with Oster
Enterprises.
k. Authorize Parks & Recreation Director to submit conservation
reserve program application for Ritter Farm Park to the
Minn. Soil & Water Conservation District.

southern portions of an alley located between Holyoke and Holt
avenues and Upper 209th and 210th streets.

Iceland Trail to Highview Avenue, and approve resolution calling
a public hearing.
