The City Council is provided background information for agenda items in advance by staff and appointed commissions, committees and boards. Decisions are based on this information, as well as City policy and practices, input from constituents and a Councilmember's personal judgment. Presentations/Introductions: A. Introduction of Street Lighting Intern, Edward Krahl. B. Contributions from Lakeville Liquors to School Districts 192, 194 and 196 for Chemical Dependency Education Programs. Citizens' comments are encouraged to allow individual citizens to address the Council, as a whole, on a matter of interest or concern to the citizen. The preservation of the "Citizens' Comments" item on-the agenda is important in order to encourage and maintain this information flow.
