Set date (September 29, 1990) fbr the fall auction. g. Authorize final payment to Penner Development, Inc.. in the amount of $1,800.00 for North P~rk and Foxborough Park shelter buildings. h. Authorize TKDA to perform enginl~ering services for four 1990 trail dedication fund projects. i. Ordinance amending Section 12.4 of ~he Zoning Ordinance pertaining to standards for off-str et parking. 13. Conditional use permit for Internat'onal Chemtex, 8287 - 214th Street, to allow a loading berth at the side of a building on a corner lot; and a variance for parking lot setback. 14. Conditional use permit for Joseph MIL Miller to allow a previously. occupied single family r sidential dwelling to be moved into the City of Lakeville. 15. Resolution vacating a portion of Po ahontas Avenue located in Lenihan's Lots, Antlers Park at the request of Karl and Harriet Lutgens. 16. Approval of on-sale non-intoxicatin malt liquor and wine licenses for Second Season Golf. 17. Appointment to the Cable TV Board. 18.
