6. Additions/Deletions to Agenda: Any councilmember who wishes to
delete item(s) from the Consent Agenda or add item(s) to the
Consent Agenda shall move that at this time.
7. Consent Agenda: All matters listed under Consent Agenda are
considered to be routine by the City Council and will be acted
on by one motion in the form listed below. There may be an
explanation, but no separate discussion on these items. If
discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the
Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

8. Approval of Mn/DOT layout #2A for upgrading T.H. 50 between Dodd
Boulevard and Kenwood Way.
9. Lynn and Karen Peterson, 10300 175th Street W.; conditional use
permit to allow a single family residential dwelling height in
excess of 25 feet in an R-2, Single Family Residential District
(Zoning Ordinance Section 11.3.4).
10. Lots 1-10, Block 1 and Outlot A, South Creek Addition; zoning
ordinance amendment from R-4, Single and Two Family Residential
District to R-2, Single Family Residential District.
11. Lot 1, Block 1, Valley Christian Church Addition; zoning
ordinance amendment from R-7, High Density Residential District
to R-4, Single and Two Family Residential District.
12. I-35/County Road 46 freeway interchange; major comprehensive
plan amendment to revise the generalized land use plan.
