HomeMy WebLinkAbout0021 ORDINANCE NO. 21 TOWN OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE DEFINING AND PROHIBITING DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWN OF LAKEVILLE HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, Disorderly Conduct. The doing of any of the following acts without authori*y of law in a public or private. place, by person or persons knowing, or having reasonable grounds to know, that it will, or will tend to alarm, anger or disturb others to provoke in assault or breach of peace, is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct, A. Engaging and brawling or fighting; B. Disturbing an assembly or meeting, not unlawful in its character, or the peace and quiet of any family or neighborhood; C. Engages in offensive or abusive language. or in boisterous and- noisy conduct tending reasonably to arouse alarm, anger and resentment in others; D, Willfully and lewdly exposing his person or the private parts thereof, or procuring another to so expose himself,`'or any. open and gross lewdness or lascivious behavior or any act. of public indecency; E. Appearing upon any public street or other public place in an intoxicated condition or drinking intoxicating liquor on any street or public property or any vehicle upon a public .street SECTION 2, Disorderly Conduct Prohibited. and Declared a Misdemeanor,.. Disorderly conduct is hereby prohibited and anyone doing: any of the above acts shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not to .exceed One Hundred Dollars 0100.00) or by imprisonment in the (bounty Jail for not to exceed ninety (901 days, SECTION 3, Effective Date.
