BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The City Council does hereby acknowledge receipt of bids for Lakeville Galaxie Liquor Store Project as shown on Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto. Z. The City Council does hereby approve the Contracts as shown on Exhibit B, a copy of which is attached hereto. 3. The City Council further rejects the bids received for the Division 11 Aluminum Entrances and Store Fronts and Division T4 Painting APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2007.
