The meeting was called to order at 7:30 fem. by mayor Jensen. mhe',pledge of allegiance to the flag was given, .Roll call was taken. Present: Councilmembers Nelson, Jensen, Zaur, Sindt and Enright. Also z~resent: Roger'~nutson, City Attorney; Keith 'tvelson and Darrell Schneider, Consulting. City Engineers.; Patrick L-4cGarvey, City Administrator/ Clerk .and James Robinette, Public t~aorks Director. 82.1 Motion was made by Zaun, seconded by Nelson to a~r~rove`the minutes. of the December 21® 1981'. council meeting as read. Roll call was taken an the motion. Ayes, Nelson, Jensen, Zaun:, Sndt & Enright. Mayor Jensen asked the councilmembers how they felt about eliminating the roll call vote unless individual: councilx:~embers requested aroll call on a particular agenda items. The consensus of the council tams that they wish to continue with roll call votes. The council discussed the advisabil~.ty of a,consent agenda,`and the Cite .Clerk is to obtain information on consent agendas for the council. 82.2' Motion was made by .Nelson, seconded by Sindt to annrove the claims`~or payment as ~xesented, - Roll :call was taken on the motion. Roll. call was taken on the motion.. Ayes, Zaurz, Sindt,>Enright, Nelson & Jensen. 82.4 Motion was made by Zaun, seconded by Sindt to appoint Steve:.Storlie and Kathryn Lewis to terms'on the Park & Recreation Committee exz~iring on January 1, 1985. December 29, 1981, effec~tive_January 1, 1982, Roll ,call was taken on the motion.
