AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 674
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 674 is hereby amended to rezone property located at 16105 Cedar.
Avenue from C-3, General Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit Development.
The :8 acre property to be rezoned from C-3, General Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit
Development is legally described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, Carroll 1St Addition, excepfthe south 215.3 feet.
Said property is located within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota.
Section 2. The zoning map of -the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City
Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning. hereinabove provided for. in .this
Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby
.incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
ection 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, .publication, and the recording of
..the closing documents for the purchase of the property by Lakeville Crossing III, LLC from the
City of Lakeville.
Adopted by the Lakeville City Council this 4th day of February 2008.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 674 BEING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 674 is hereby
amended to rezone property located at
16105 Cedar Avenue from C-3, General
Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit
Development.
The .8 acre property to be rezoned from
C-3, General Commercial District to PUD,
Planned Unit Development is legally
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, Carroll 1st Addition,
except the south 215.3 feet
Said property is located within the City
of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of
Lakeville shall not be republished to show
the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk
shall appropriately mark the zoning map
on file in the City Clerk's office for the
purpose of indicating the rezoning herein-
above provided for in this Ordinance, and
all of the notations, references and other
information shown thereon are hereby

of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effec-

the purchase of the property by Lakeville
Crossing III, LLC from the City of
