RESOLUTION NO. 08-96
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT AND
DEVELOPMENT AND FINAL STAGE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF
CROSSROADS EAST
WHEREAS, the owner of the plat described as Crossroads East has requested
preliminary and final plat approval and development. and final stage planned unit
development approval; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary and final plat and development and final stage
planned unit development was reviewed by the Planning Commission and the Parks,
Recreation and Natural Resources Committee; and
WHEREAS, the- preliminary and final plat and development and final stage
planned unit development is acceptable to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council:
1. The preliminary and final plat and development and final stage planned unit
development of Crossroads East is hereby approved.
2. The. Mayor and City Clerk are hereby .directed to sign the development
contract and the final plat mylars.
3, The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the
Dakota County Recorder.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16t" day of June, 2008.
