8. Consider Cost Sharing and Construction Cooperative Agreement
between the Metropolitan Council, City of Lakeville and City of
Farmington for the Flagstaff Avenue Interceptor, (Farmington Outlet
Interceptor Sewer), Improvement Project 07-06.
