AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING TITLE 11 THE ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE .
LAKEVLLLE CITY CODE CONCERNING PUD DISTRICTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 11-96-3 of the Lakeville Cfty Code is hereby amended
to read as faflows:
11-96-3: APPLICATION:
Except for .the portion of the City defined as
the Central Area. by the Comprehensive Plan, a
PUD District. shall not be established. for
parcels guided for low-density residential,
rural or agricultural land uses by the
Comprehensive Plan with a district area. less
than three hundred twenty (320) acres; except to
:allow for public or quasi-public uses.
Sectl~~ 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately .upon its
passage and publication according to taw.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 5~' day of
June, 2Q06.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 11
(THE ZONING ORDINANCE)
OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
CONCERNING PUD DISTRICTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 11-96-3 of the Lake-
ville City Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
11-96-3: APPLICATION:
Except for the portion of the City defined
as the Central Area by the Comprehen-
sive Plan, a PUD District shall not be
established for parcels guided for low-
density residential, rural or agricultural
land uses by the Comprehensive Plan
with a district area less than three hun-
dred twenty (320) acres, except to allow
for public or quasi -public uses.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be ef-
fective immediately upon its passage and
publication according to law.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Lakeville
City Council this 5th day of June, 2006.
