Ordinance No 674 is hereby amended to rezone approximately 4.47 acres fr©m RST-2, Single and Two-Family Residential` District to RS-3, Single Family Residential District. The 4.47 acres of the Creekside Village Second Addition final plat to be rezoned from RST-2, Single. and Two-Family Residential District to RS-3, Single Family Residential District is legally described as follows: The east %a of the northeast '/4 of Section 20, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, Except the east 16.50 feet of the south 16..50 feet of said east /z of the northeast within the City of Lakeville, subject to easements and restrictions of record. Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the coning map on file in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and. other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance. Section. 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and the recording of the Creekside Vllage Second Addition final plat. Adopted by the.
