THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: Sec 'on 1. Section 'f 1-2-3-of the Lakeville City. Code is hereby amended to add the following definition: Multiplex Theater: A movie theater showing first run movies. consisting of a minimum audience capacity of 3,500 seats, a minimum of 14 screens with lobby and refreshment areas typically located within astand-alone building with dedicated parking and driveways. action Section 11-19-13 of the Lakeville City .Code is .hereby amended to include the fallowing provision: Multiplex Theater: 1 space per 3.4 seats (all other theaters shall be subject to the requirements applicable to auditoriums, theaters, religious institutions and sports arenas established by this Section.) Section 3. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately. upon its passage and publication according to law. PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laiceviile Gity Council this 19 day of September, 2005. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS: Section 1. Section 11-2-3 of the Lake- ville City Code is hereby amended to add the following definition: Multiplex Theater: A movie theater showing first run movies consisting of a minimum audience capacity of 3,500 seats, a minimum of 10 screens with lobby and refreshment areas typically located within a stand-alone building with dedicated parking and driveways. Section 2.
