DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA .
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.674
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TWE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 674 is hereby amended to rezone approximately two acres from. C-3,
General: Commercial. District to O-R, office/Residential Transition District and approximately one
acre from C-3, General Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit Development.
The two-acre area of the Donnelly Farm final .plat to be rezoned from C-3, General Commercial
District to O-R Office/Residential Transition District is legally described as follows:
The west 485.00 feet of the n€~rth 590.00 feet of the south 1002.00. feet of
the- Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of See#ion 20; Township
1..14, Range 20.
The one-acre area of the Donnelly Farm final plat to be rezoned from C-3, Generafi Commercial
District to PUD, Planned Unit Development C)fistrict is legally described as follows, to wit:
The east 214:40 feet of the west 485.00 feet of the north 300 feet of the
south. 412.00 feet of the Southeas# Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 20, Townshfip 114, Range 20.
Said properties are located within the Gity of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota.
Section. 2. The. zoning map of the City of Lakeville shalt not be republished to-show the
aforesaid rezoning, but the City Gterk shalt appropriately mark the zoning:. map on file in the City
Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this
Ordinance, and alt of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby
.incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, publication, and. the recording of
the Donnelly Farm final plat.
