The meeting was called to order at 7:x+0 P.M. by Magor Jensen. Present;
Brandes,:Meko, Jensen, Emond and Clarkson.
Also present; Robert Frigaard, City Engineer and Robert Pilseher, City
Financial Consultant. Members from all the committees were also present.
Mr. Pilacher explained that the bond sale for June 3rd tentatively. He also.
advised that he thought it would be a good idea to keep tracl~ of the hookups..
by project number.
7+.265 Motion bg Mako seconded by Brandes to set the.$~+0~,000.00 bond sale for the
3rd of June at 7:30 P.M. Brandes, Mako, Jensen, Emond and Clarkson "age",
motion carried.
Mr. Pinscher proceeded to explain to the Council and committee~:membera about
whet he would like for them to do for the capital. 1Qng term improvement_prc~gram.
He also passed out some forms to be filled out. and made recommendations on what
should be included.
Mayor Jensen said he thought a committee should be set up so that the......
program could be reviewed after one gear.
A target date of July l was set up for the completion of the forms.
Motion by Emond seconded by Clarkson to adjourn carried unani.~uslg.
