Present; Friedges, Mako, Jensen and E~ond. Abeent; Edwards 73.90 Motion by Mako seconded by Friedges to accept the minutes'af the February 5, 1973,.... meeting as presented. Friedges, Mako, Jenaea and Emcand "aye", motion carried. 73.91 Motion by Esmond seconded by Friedges to approve the minutes of the Feb, 6,...1973, meeting as presented. Mako, Jensen, Emend and Friedges "aye", racation carried. The Building Inspector presented hia report for January 1973• Mr. Osmondsmn appeared before the a®uneil with a plan of some land he had- bought in the Orchard Lake district. He had a problem in that the eas~e~tent fAr the road is only 30 feet ar~.d the Village now requires 60 feet. Tbeare is 600 feet of road. needed for access to this property.. Mr. Osmc~nds©n is willing to dedicate a 60 Foot road on his property. It was decided to discuss this matter further at the next meeting whey. the engineer wi11 be present. .A letter fre>m Burnsville was read in regard to participation in maintain3.ng the Crystal Lake level. 73.92 Motion by Emond seeond~d by Mako to authorize NSP to change the lights oa Holyoke .Ave. as per their recommendation. Jensen, E~ond, Fri~dgss and Mako "aye", motion carried. 73.93 Motion by Eraond seconded by Friedges that the part time pay fer the four girls in the office be X3.05 and X3.15 in accor ce wiith years of service, Emand, Friedges, Mako and Jensen "aye", motion carried. 73.94 Mfltion by Ea~nd seconded by Friedges to authorize the engineer to prepare.. the balance of the plans and epees for Park Terrace 3rd Addition. Friedges, Mako, Jensen and Emend "aye", motion carried. 73.5 Motion by Friedges seconded by Emond to approve the garbage haulax~g lieenses far D & M General Hauling at~d Laster Frank.
