t ~,Y ~ ~ VILLAGE. OF LAK~VILLE COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 5~ 1973 The meeting was called to order at 8sC4 F.M. by Mayor Jensen. Present; Friedges, Mako, Jensen, Emond and Edwards. Also present; Fat Farrell, Village Attorney. 73.11 Lotion by Fredges seQOnded by Mako to accept the minutes of the February 2fl, 1973, as presented. Friedges, Niako, Jensen,. Emend and Edwards3 "aye", motion Qarried. 73•i15 Motion by Emond seconded by Friedges to ply the claims against ttae Village. Mako Jensean, Emoad Edwards and Friedges "aye", motion carritsd. The Water & fewer minutes for February 21, 1973• were presented. A decision regarding then water and sewer rates will be made a~t the next meeting when the Committee will return with a reeozmmended change i.n the penalty billing. The Planning Commission minutes for February 22, 1973, were presented. A motion to follow the Fla~n3.ng Com~ission receasaendation in regard to variance to height of siga for the Chart House was withdrawaafter some residents near there voiced their ob~jesetions to the sign if it is a Wean sign. 73.11b Lotion by Makd Seconded by Emend to p®stpone a decision until March 12 axtd tc notifg someone from the Chart Hause to come is with the plans-for this sign.; Jensen, Emond, Edwards, Fredges and P~ako "aye", motion carried. Mr. Robert;Laddusaw presented his preliminary plat of the Woodbury Flat. Jensen, Emond, Edwards, Friedges and Hako "aye.", motion carried. Mr. Ed. Melieh presented the final plat of Wildwood Fonds. Motion by Emond seconded by Jensen to approve plat withdrawn. 73.122 Motion by Emond seconded_by Edwards to table a decision on Wildwood Ponds until Harch 12, .19'73• Ed~rarde, Friedgea, Mako Jensen and Em4nd "ale:,, motion carried. Mr. Dick Hollenback asked the council if they had any suggestions regarding his property dust west of the railroad tracks. Mr. Vic Kohlnhofer e~.plained some extra benefits the council could obtain for Village employees on the group insurance if they would desire `to d0 so. Jackson Heights 1st Addition. 73.12 Motion by Emond seconded by Mako to accept the petition. Emond, Edwards, Friedges, Mako and Jensen "aye", motion carried. 73.127 Motion by Mako seconded by Emond to follow the recommendation of the Liquor Store' manager for the purchase of nsw bmoths in the plan, as presented by ~1r.. Martin. Edwards, Friedges, Mako, 3ensen and Emoxxi "aye", motion carried. .The Crystal .Lake problem was discussed; A meeting is to be arranged with thee. residents on the south side of .the lake. Mr. Emond stated that there is a request to have an ant?uai.1. eleetrocardiagram for all firemen at a cost of $35C• ~ ' 73.129 Motion by Emond seconded by Friedges to grant this: request for an annual eleetro» cardiogram for all firemen and requiring all new firemenYto have a physical with , the Village paying for the same.
