ORDINANCE NO. 780 CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA, COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE LAKEVILLE CITY`CODE, THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, M}NNESOTA ORL7AINS: SECTION 1. Section 10-4-3(H) of the Lakeville City Cade is amended to read as follows: Sidewalks And Multipurpose Trailways: All. city sidewalks shall have a minimum width of five feet. (5') except sidewalks in commercial plats which shall have a minimum width of eight feet. (8'). Unless otherwise. directed by the City Council,.. multipurpose trailways shall be installed on both sides of designated roadways as shown in .the City's comprehensive trail plan, Unless otherwise directed by the City Council, all multipurpose traifways identified by the City's comprehensive trail plan shall - have a minimum width of eight feet (8'} _and be constructed of bitumin©us materials. Sidewalks and multipurpose trailways shall be accessible by handicapped persons in accordance with Minnesota statutes section 471.464. The subdivider shall be responsible fior the payment. of the: cast of sidewalks. The cost of multipurpose trailways shall be apportioned: Subdivider 100%° of the cos# of grading and restoration and 5/8 of all other costs, City 3/8 of cost excluding grading and restoration. SECTION 2. Section 10-5-1 (B) of the .Lakeville City Cade is amended by adding subparagraph "r" to read as follows: r. Trails (1QO% of the cost of grading and restoration and 5/8 of all other costs), and sidewalks SECTION 3. Section 10-4-8(J) of the Lakeville City. Code is amended to read as follows: J. In lieu of .land dedication the City may require the following cash contribution: Single-family dwelling units $3,665 per dwelling unit Multi-family dwelling units $3,200 per dwelling unit .Commercial $5,940 per acre Industrial $3,520 per acre SECTION 4.
