Mr. Morey stated that the final plat includes 60 feet of half right-of-way for County
Road 50 consistent with Dakota County guidelines.. City Staff will contact Dakota

Commissioner Comer asked about the noise .levels that the Dakota: County Plat

statement which the Plat Commission includes in their review of residential plats.
The Zoning Ordinance addresses this issue with the buffer yard lot depth, setbacks

ordinance related to reader board signs.
