This meeting was to consider a rezoning for Gene Reisinger for' 2 acres of his property on Cedar Avenue. The Planning Co.ssion voted against this rezoning. Sullivan, Emond., Friedges, Clay and Jensen "aye", motion serried. requirements 72.670 Motion by Clay ssaonded by Jensen to approve the plan for underground lighting in this area in Valley Park which amounts to ~l,&4Q and to'nstall a light on Dodd Road and Flagstaff Avenue. Emond, Friedges, Clay, Jensen and Sullivan "aye", motion carried. A motion by Clay to adopt a policy requiring street lighting by the developer was withdrawn. 72.671 Motion by Jensen ssaonded by Friedges to have the building inspector and health officer check out the Strong .property. Clay, Jensen, Sullivan, Eaaond and Friedges "aye", motion carried. 72.679 Motion by Jensen seconded by Clay to refer the request from Maynard Johnson regarding the change order on the present water and sewer contract to Robert Frigaard far a reammmendation and. to authorize this. subject tca the approval ®f the attorney and the engineer. Sullivan, Emond, Friedges, Clay and Jensen "aye"~ motion carried. 72.681 MotoA by Jensen seconded by Emond to reduce the. levy for the 1962 Bond to nil providing this is checked out with the Village auditor. The mobile home ordinance was discussed. 72.682 Motion by Clay seconded by Jensen to get a recommendation as to the engineer's review costs on mobile home parks. Friedges, Clay, Jensen, Sullivan and Emond "aye", motion carried. 72.683 Motion by Clay ssaonded by Friedges to approve the Park & Recreation requests ( copy attached) and to require 2 or 3 prise quotes on each item reco~uended.
