Presents Friedges, Clay, Jensen and Emond. .Absent; Sullivan. 72.75 Motion by E<nond seconded by Clay to approve the final plat of Philip R. Swan for his Subdivision of Lot 7, Block 2, Maplewood Estates. Friedges,,Clay, Jensen and Emond "aye", mcation carried. Mr. James Benson and Mr. Maynard J©hason appeared before the council to discuss the use of industrial bonds to help finance the Laminated Products building in Airlake. 72.7+6 Motion by Clay seconded by Friedges to give preliminary approval of the concept For using .industrial .bonds (.resolution attached~~ subject to the attorx;ey's approval. Clay, Jensen, Emond and Friedges "aye", motion carried. 72.77 Motion by r~riedges seconded by Clay to authorise an agreement between the Village of Lakeville, Laminated Products and Miller & Schroeder Municipals, Inc. subject to Mr. Farrell's approval. Jensen, Emond, Friedges axad Clay "aye", motion carried. 72.78 Motion by Clay seconded by Emond to send a letter directing the Village attorney to attend a public hearing tc? be held on Dec. 7, 1972, on the Metropolitan Housing P1sn Development..
