Present; Friedges, Clay, Jensen and Emond. Absent; Sullivan. Also preseht~ Pat Farrell, Village attorney The plans for the building of the I~ Thermoteck building in Airiake Indmstrial Park were presented by Maynard Johnson. 72.625. Motion by Friedges seconded by Ersond to t'ollow the Planning Commission recommendation and approve a building permit for TTT in Airlake Industrial Park. Clay, Friedges, Jensen and Emend "aye", motion carried. 72.626 Motion by Clay seconded by Friedges to accept the maintenance bond for the storm sewer on Flagstaff Avenue in Valley Park 3rd, 4th and 5th Additions an~ release bond ~'s 770+, ?745 and 7706 as per the attorney's recommendations. R solution attached. Friedges, Jensen, Emond and Clay "aye", motion carried. 72.627 Motion by Friedgas seconded by Emond to authorize the payment of 3/~th of the award t© A1b~ert Kre~ce et al together with the commissioners fees on the condemned property, resr~lution attached. Jensen, Emond, Clay and Friedges "aye", motion carried. '72.628 Motion by Jenaen seconded by Emond to adopt the resolution regarding the Weichselbaum, Rolahde Simones and Eleanor Sullivan properties on the Phase II assessment roll, resolution attached. Errand and Jensen "aye", Clay and Friedges abstained, motion carried.. .72.629 Motion by Clay seconded by Jensen-to authorize the attorney to negotiate with the Weichselbaums for an easement 3~ to 33 ft for. Jacquard Ave. and to authorize the expenditure of ~zp to X35©(~ for the acquisition of this property. Clay, Friedges, Jensen and Emond "ayeM, motion carried. 72.63a Motion by Clay seconded by Emond to amend the personnel resolution with the corrects®ns sa suggested.
