Mr. Laddusaw presented his preliminary plan to the Council. The Water & Sewer recommended approval of this only if water, sewer and storm sewer are available. 72.3+1 Motion by Friedges seconded by ~nond to table Iiakota Heights 3rd Addition preliminary plat until June 19, 1972. Clay, Jensen, Sullivan, F~nond and Friedges "aye", motion carried. The Water and Sewer minutes fore May 17, 1972, were presented. 72.3+2 Motion by Clay seconded by Ek~.ond to order a public hearing for the. sanitary sewer extensions j.n College Park for the 26th of June. Jensen, Sullivan, fond, Friedges and Clay "aye", m©tion carried. 72.3+3 Motion by Clay seconded by Eanond to authorize the engineer to prepare a preliminary report for sewer and water .extensions on 224th Street west .from Hamburg Avenue. Sullivan, fond, Friedges, Clay and Jensen "aye", motion carried. Mr. George Durocher asked the council for some solution to the water .problem on his property. The road committee will check this out.. Mr.'Robert Stegmaier appeared before the Village Council requesting a letter guaranteeing the .payment of delinquent assessments for improvements on property in the disputed area which is`presently being litigated in the courts. 72.3+` Motion by Clay seconded by E~nond to approve .the signing of the pumping permit for Buck H11, Inc. Emond, F°riedges, Clay, Jensen and Sullivan "aye", motion parried. The council was informed. that`th.e railroad crossing on Dodd Boulevard is being checked. out by the county ,engineer. Fred Seitz and other residents of Oak Shore on Crystal Lake appeared to ob,~eet to the Department of Natural Resources granting permission to Burnsville to pump Crystal Lake to a level of 933.4' 72.35 Motion by Clay seconded by ~nond to write to"the Department of Natural Resources requesting a hearing regarding the lake level and that pumping be stopped at 93~#.Ot. Resolution attached. The engineer recommended seal coating for all north-south streets and certain.. older streets in Valley Park and Java in Forest Hi11s. X72.353 Motion by Sullivan aeeonded by Jensen to hire Huilett Construction for the stockpiling and crushing of 4000 cu, yds Class 5 material. Sullivan, Clay and Jensen "aye", Emond and Friedges opposed, motion carried. 72.354 Motion by Clay aeeonded by Sullivan to pay the extra X670.50 to complete Crystal Lake Park grading, ' Emond, Clay, Jensen, Sullivan."aye",.Friedges opposed, motion serried. 72.355 Motion by Emond aeeonded by Sullivan to-grant on and off sale beer licenses to Gary M11er for "The Place".
