AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE. N0.674
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 4F LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Seckio~. Ordinance No. 674 is .hereby. amended to rezone from: C-3, General Commercial
District to PUD, Plarmed Unit Development District the fallowing described property located
within the City of Lakeville, Dakota County, Minnesota:
That part of Lot 34 and Lot 37, ARGONNE FARMS, according to the recorded .plat
thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the following described Cine and its
northerly and southerly extensions.
Commencing at the intersection of the southerly line of said lot 37 and the easterly
right-of. way line of County Road #50, per Dakota County Right-af
:Way Map #154,
according to the recorded plat thereof, said Dakota County. Thence North 81 degrees
25 minutes 23 seconds east, assumed bearing along the south line of said lot 37, a
distance of 536.51 feet to the point.. of beginning of said line to be described; thence
North 61 degrees 10 minutes 23 seconds West, a distance of 96.94 feet; thence North
44 degrees 17 minutes 57 seconds West, a distance of 108.35 feet; thence North 03
degrees 20 minutes 39 seconds West, a distance of 157.39 feet; thence North. 49
degrees 28 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 92.71 feet; .thence North 72 degrees
58 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 54.71 feet; thence North 31 degrees 29
.minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 105.48 feet to the Northerly line of said lot 34
and said: line there terminating.
AND
Outlot C, Argonne Village according to the recorded plat thereof.
The zoning district requirements for the C-3, General Commercial District, apply to the property
except for the modifications approved in the Hoppe Marketplace preliminary and final plat, the
Development Contract for the Hoppe Marketplace plat, and the plans, exhibits, and reports
.referred to or attached to the Development Contract.
.Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid rezoning, but the City Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the City
Clerk's office for. the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this
Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby
incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon recording of the Hoppe .Marketplace final plat.

,Section 1. Ordinance No. 674 is hereby
amended to rezone from C-3, General
