AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN INTERIM ORDINANCE TIiAT TEMPORARILY PROHIBITED APPROVAL OF CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Background.. On April 15,.2002, the City Council adopted Ordinance No, 711, an interim ordinance temporarily prohibiting certain residential development in the City. On March 17, 2003, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 733 extending the duration of Ordinance No, 711. The ordinance was further extended by Ordinance No. 751. The City has adopted the change in official controls that were being studied and prepared which necessitated the interim ordinance. SECTION 2. Repeal. Ordinance Nos. 711, 733 and 751 are repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage. ADOPTED this 5th day of April , 2004, by the City Council of the .
