Planning for the purchase of the Studer property also continues. The City is
interested in the purchase of a 9.9 acre parcel which is outside of the
MUSA. Several options exist for the City and the property owner in the
configuration of the proposed park property and the remainder of the

additional piece including playground area, volleyball courts or parking
area.
