The meeting was called to order. by Mayor .Jensen. Present: Taft,
Sullivan, Friedges and Jensen. .Absent: Mako.
Two applicants were interviewed for the part time office
position. `
302. Motion b Sullivan `seconde•to hire JoAnn Taft on the recommendation

of the clerk and subject to the attorny's opinion. Friedges, Jensen,
and Sullivan "aye", Taft abstained. Motion carried.
Motion by Taft seconded by Sullivan to adjourn. Motion carried.
