SPECIAL MEETING-VILLAGE OF LAKEVILLE COUNCIL
AUGUST 31, 1970
.The meeting was called to ofder by Mayor Jensen wtih Friedges,
Mako, Jensen, Sullivan and Taft present. Also present; Pat Farrell.
341. Question by Mayor Jensen for a waiver of notice of meeting for the
purpose of discussing .taking action on acquisition of the Taylor
.property, Sec. 28, T 114, R 20.
Friedges, Mako, Jensen and Taft "aye", Sullivan abstained. Question
failed. The clerk was instructed to send out letters to all councilmen
that there will be a meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 1970 at 8 P.M.
Work was continued on the Village budget for 1971.
342. Motion by Friedges seconded by Mako to send two men to the First Annual
Symposium ,"Public Safety Communications in the 70's."
Mako, Jensen, Sullivan, Taft and Friedges, "aye", motion carried..
343. Motion by Friedges seconded by Sullivan to adjourn. Motion carried.
